As a Support Employee you will support our international relations with their network and security related questions. You are the first point of contact and ensure that the support issue is picked up by a colleague. You do not need to solve the problem or have any technical knowledge by yourself. During the time you remain the owner of the ticket and the customer's point of contact. You will have contact with customers in various countries within Europe and speak fluent English and have basic knowledge in German and French. As Support Employee you are an important link in the relationship between the supplier, our partners, and the customer.
